How to order
Send an email to order@us.devyser.com requesting a sample collection kit. Be sure to include the number of kits desired, what test that you intend to order, as well as the shipping address.
The kit will contain:
- Sample collection instructions
- EDTA/streck tube
- Return labels
- Return container
- Shipping guidelines
What to expect after you have shipped the sample
Upon receiving the returned collection kit, our lab will accession and begin processing the sample. You can expect results within our established turnaround times. As soon as the results are ready, they will be sent to you via fax.
Shipping guidelines
- Sample should be shipped at ambient temperatures.
- Sample should be shipped as soon as possible after draw, within 24 hours.
